摘要: The exponential growth of digital data sources has the potential to transform all aspects society and our lives. However, achieve this impact, be processed promptly extract insights that can drive decision making. Further, traditional approaches rely on moving remote centers for processing are no longer feasible. Instead, new effectively leverage distributed computational infrastructure services necessary. Specifically, these must seamlessly combine resources at edge, in core, along path as needed. This paper presents vision enabling an approach computing continuum, i.e., realizing a fluid ecosystem where programmatically aggregated on-demand support emerging data-driven application workflows. calls novel solutions federating infrastructure, programming applications services, composing dynamic workflows, which capable reacting real-time unpredictable sizes, availabilities, locations, rates.
