摘要: Background The presence of C4d in the kidney is generally detected particularly for diagnosis antibody-mediated rejection renal transplants. In frozen sections immunofluorescence (IF) staining with anti-C4d monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), we noted intrinsic deposition even normal glomeruli though their pathogenic or an role unkown. An polyclonal antibody (C4dpAb), which suitable paraffin immunoperoxidase (IP) staining, less used than mAbs, and it has demonstrated that not evident. To establish a stable reproducible procedure detection C4dpAb to determine characteristics it, present study aimed test whether method was comparable IF mAb.
