摘要: The aim of the study was to compare antioxidative/oxidative profile in blood, colostrum and milk early post-partum cows during their first second lactation. A total 19 healthy, primiparous were included experiment samples collected 2 years from same animals immediately after parturition, 24, 48 h as well 6 12 days later. All parameters including activity glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), antioxidant capacity (TAC), content vitamin A, C contents products lipid protein peroxidation determined by use spectrophotometric methods. Comparing within lactation, TAC GSH-Px blood showed decreasing trends, while fluctuated. examined except intermediates exhibited increasing trends. These results which dynamic changes not only but also colostrum/milk period time suggested appropriate answer organism current challenge. Moreover, uniform detectable between lactation that two consecutive lactations are same. tendency opposite. antioxidative vitamins SH groups end opposite trend, together with remained stable. Molecular biochemical background for it require further elucidation.
