摘要: This exploratory study investigated the neuropsychological and behavioral profiles seen in children diagnosed with ADHD Inattentive Type (IA), plus an internalizing disorder (IA + INT), Combined (CT), externalizing (CT EXT), as well utility of a combined neuropsychological/behavioral approach for assessment. Subjects were 63 unmedicated aged 6-16 who had been assessed Wechsler Intelligence Scale Children-Fourth Edition (WISC-IV), Conners' Continuous Performance Test-Second (CPT-II), Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL). Forty-two cases also included Teacher Report Form (TRF). ANOVA revealed group differences on all measures, especially CPT-II, CBCL, TRF. Forced-entry discriminant analyses using approaches resulted correct classification rates 88.9% even 100% when TRF was included, compared to 68.3% 71.4% separate approaches. Overall, results support meaningful distinctions among four groups WISC-IV, differentiating these groups. Findings further illustrate heterogeneous nature value
