摘要: The invention relates to an artificial intensive incubation method for cyprinus carpio koi fries. comprises the following steps of: injecting 1 3mg of oxytocic hormone domperidone and 2 5mu g chorionic gonadotropin into every 1kg parent fish koi; filling water a hybridization pool; putting mixture collected roe semen 3 percent physiological saline insemination by extrusion method; adhering oosperm egg collector using brush incubator in pool incubation, wherein temperature is 18 23 DEG C; treating 24 ppm solution 15 30 minutes; incubating at between 15and 25 C 5 7 days membrane breaking fry emergence. has obvious advantages improving disease resistance fries, increasing rate survival forming production technology intensification, industrialization, mass high quality.
