摘要: Abstract Lanthanum–barium oxalate was prepared and characterised by chemical thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction plasma emission spectroscopy. analysis showed the presence of a uniphase system. The kinetics decomposition oxalates La Ba as well coprecipitated La–Ba have been investigated in air using dynamic thermogravimetry. mixed occurred with two over-lapping exotherms, corresponding to lanthanum followed that barium. irradiated salt studied over same temperature range unirradiated one activation energies obtained from slopes Coat–Redfern’s plot. Kinetic analyses following various theoretical models solid state reactions best fit for third order reaction geometrical models. It evident though there increase energy frequency factor increasing radiation dose, reverse phenomenon takes place case rate. effect γ-irradiation on process mechanism involved therein has discussed.
