摘要: Effects of annealing on the properties boron-doped CdS films prepared by chemical bath deposition using boric acid as a dopant source were investigated. The crystalline orientation and grain size appeared to be seriously affected ambient. crystal structures H2-annealed wurtzite type with preferential (002) plane slightly increased. For samples annealed in N2 air, however, disappeared or decreased was identical smaller than that for H2 dark resistivity increased further increasing temperature. air ambient, larger optical transmittance less films. These results suggest ambient is suitable photovoltaic device application.
