摘要: The polyproline II helix (PPII) is increasingly recognized as an important element in peptide and protein structures. discovery of pertinent PPII peptidomimetics great interest to tune physical properties the targeted structure. A series silaproline oligomers from dimer pentamer were synthesized. CD studies, NMR spectroscopy molecular modeling revealed that ribbon preferentially populates polyproline type II secondary structure both [D]chloroform [D4 ]MeOH. characteristics this new lipophilic PPII-like determined.
