Land tenure registration on the marine areas in Croatia

摘要: Abstract An efficient management and planning of activities on the sea in coastal zones require prompt accurate information about existing tenure, i.e. rights, restrictions responsibilities effect a certain area, either marine, onshore, or both. The most straightforward solution to growing need registration tenure marine areas is extending competence onshore land registers over coast area.
