摘要: A process for detecting and/or monitoring loss or impairment of renal function comprises reacting a clinical sample from patient with suspected confirmed compound capable interacting generated free radical species to form stable adduct and the presence such by electron spin resonance spectroscopy. For this purpose an ESR spectrometer is provided, adapted operate over restricted magnetic field width around center signal being detected.
