摘要: A phase shifter includes upper and lower conductive plates, a dielectric strip sandwiched between the plurality of slots formed in plate, thereby forming line. rotator is positioned at either side so that distance from to varies as rotates. As rotates, constant line progressively changes direction electromagnetic propagation. The rotation causes change feed with respect performing beam scanning.
