摘要: A method and composition for the treatment of pathogenic diseases was developed using mechanism RNA interference. The uses double-stranded to activate interference pathways within mammalian or pathogen cells. can be used treat any which are caused by associated with pathogens. identifying RNAs useful is also presented, as well model systems allow this identification. Also described methods in siRNAs inhibition HIV replication human cells, RSV pathogenesis chick embryos.
