摘要: Short-pulse lasers of femtosecond and picosecond durations are used in ultrahigh precision processing optical, electronic, micro-mechanical devices. In this paper we discuss the fabrication high quality photonic crystal band-pass filters with laser pulses. We also parallel inkjet nozzles a laser. A milling algorithm accuracy beam scanner allows formation precisely shaped holes as nozzles, an efficient diffractive splitter simultaneous drilling many hundreds for low cost manufacturing.
