摘要: Summary Blood samples from 31 male and 34 female, adult, healthy dogs of different breeds were studied for erythrocytic G-6-PD activity. The hemolysates also electrophoretically G-6-PD, 6-PGD, hemoglobin variants. Most the plasma revealed a human Hp 1–1 type band while three had an additional fast-moving that disappeared on addition excess two ahaptoglobinemic. deficiency was detected in eight samples, it more frequent males than females. implications with no difference electrophoretic pattern ahaptoglobinemia are discussed respect to genetic clinical possibilities.
