摘要: The long intergenic non-coding RNA LINC00312, also called NAG7, was first cloned by our group. Our previous studies have found that LINC00312 could inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cells but stimulate NPC cell invasion. However, the relevance of progression or patient outcomes has not been reported. This study aims to assess possible correlations expression with its potential prognostic predictive ability outcomes. A tissue microarray, which included 561 normal cores, used detect expression, we significantly down-regulated tissues compared non-cancerous epithelium tissues. Positive negatively correlated tumor size (P < 0.001) positively lymph node metastasis (P = 0.002). receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis revealed distinguish patients from (P < 0.001, sensitivity: 72.1 %, specificity: 87.7 %). We strongly EBER-1, a transcribed Epstein-Barr Virus, (r = −0.384, P < 0.001). In final logistic regression model, abnormal EBER-1 were be independent contributors carcinogenesis P < 0.001, respectively). survival predict good prognosis no (Disease Free Survival (DFS): P = 0.005, Overall (OS): P = 0.001) poor (DFS: P = 0.011, OS: patients. Low an risk factor for OS multivariate analyses (P = 0.017). These observations indicated represent biomarker metastasis, NPC.
