摘要: There is a consensus among scholars and practitioners that energy solutions, such as electricity services related products systems, are paramount to the ability of nations overcome environmental social issues. As result, policymakers problem solvers in emerging economies have shown keen interest transition sustainable systems. Nevertheless, design solutions low-income markets presents many challenges, those limited financial resources poor infrastructure. In markets, adoption systems-oriented approach product–service combinations may represent promising alternative traditional approaches result more socially environmentally sound path economic development. Building on theory grounded systems theory, this paper analyzes multiple aggregation levels sociotechnical system efficiency program Brazil. study, authors examined findings from literature, carried out field observations, had discussions with experts. The study identifies constraints hinder could achieve higher socioeconomic benefits markets. Based findings, provides insights into transitions concludes programs can be improved through design-led policy stakeholder collaboration.
