摘要: Abstract The way animals are housed and managed plays a fundamental role in their health welfare, thus has profound effect on the quantity quality of milk production. Non-cow dairy can be found both developed developing countries, under very different geographic climatic conditions. They bred with traditional methods by pastoral communities or advanced more reflecting economic social conditions local populations. Housing management systems should therefore flexible adapted to specific order produce best products, maximizing productive efficiency herd, protecting animal health, respecting welfare.
