摘要: The solitary or multicentric myeloma is an uncommon cause of exophthalmos. angioarchitectural features found in these cases include subtle, increased vascularity, a rather homogeneous tumor stain, possible minute vessels, rapidity circulation, and involvement meningeal vessels. stain may be intimately related to the abnormalities bone. recognition this lesion requires further investigation exclude systemic disease. resulting exophthalmos treated by irradiation obviate surgery.
