摘要: Several hours of advisory protocols from a consultant for Personal Computing were taped and analysed in terms the role which advisor played interaction. The advisor's was determined by user's initial approach perception needs user: informing user about available information, defining or procedures, indexing into appropriate solution sources methods more complex problems structuring nebulous poorly understood problem. A taxonomy stages information exchange is outlined patterns alternation within each described. We suggest implications this study design systems.
