摘要: Summary (1) The impact of groups bull elephants on the wooded–grassland Seronera area Serengeti National Park, Tanzania, is examined. (2) Elephant use trees occurs contagiously. At loci in woodlands, removal canopy–forming acacia has been as high 6% per annum. (3) However, from a survey whole woodland community, loss large 2–5% annum. (4) It argued that regeneration potential adequate to compensate due elephant activity, and will not disappear because elephants. (5) Management action discussed recommendations made.
