摘要: Typically, local communities have limited resources and technological know-how which may explain why they fail to fully exploit the features of 'web 2.0'. This is problematic because web 2.0 can increase social capital offline as well online. Social contributes significantly wellbeing. The aim research was establish if a good design engagement for diverse demographic typical community. Diversity critical developing certain kinds capital. However 'designing everybody' challenging in both style content. In FutureVille design, an atypical range Web applications those normally seen, were conjoined. incorporated 'status icons' metaphors 'health' Evaluations by users across wide showed high intent use design.
