摘要: ABSTRACT Intensive mining and processing activities worldwide resulted in the generation of huge amounts waste (tailings), generally characterized as toxic, radioactive, and/or hazardous. The exposure potential and, hence, risk posed by such wastes is enhanced a general lack vegetation. Phytostabilization has proven to be efficient reducing this risk. However, establishing vegetation on tailing dumps may expensive due intensive use amendments chemical fertilizers. In article, investigations artificial inoculation mine tailings with bacterial strains means improve development vegetative covers reduce application cost eliminating fertilization are presented discussed. plants microbial communities from tailings, well impact metal uptake plants, were studied. Experiments carried out greenhouse using two types (phosphogypsum sulphidic tailings) t...
