摘要: The purpose of this research was to generate an understanding the public perceptions different revenue generation systems that are already in use or have potential be used future, and educate on systems. A survey method explore topic. instrument sent 15,945 people representing five states: Colorado, North Dakota, South Utah, Wyoming (Mountain-Plains Consortium states) via mail.
