摘要: Abstract In recent years, a number of chemical and chromatographic techniques have been developed for the detection quantitative estimation hydroxylysine glycosides derived from alkaline hydrolyzates collagen basement membranes (1–3). The ratio galactosyl-hydroxylysine to glucosyl-galactosyl-hydroxylysine, as well glycosidically bound unsubstituted hydroxylysine, varies among collagens different tissues (2,5,6). Knowledge relative proportions lysine, during course biosynthesis could be helpful in understanding steps that control completion extrusion molecule into extracellular space. published methods measuring 14 C-labeled its primarily or (8,9). However, there are certain limitations associated with techniques. technique (9) requires two columns both acid hydrolysis, (8) cannot distinguish between disaccharide unit, monosaccharide galactosyl-hydroxylysine. We would like report rapid method simultaneous biological tissues.
