摘要: We present a numerical homogenization approach for hybrid metal foams, i.e. foams that are electrocoated to improve their mechanical properties. Based on the finite cell method, spatial discretization of µ CT-scan microstructure foam under investigation is derived and window method applied compute effective material demonstrate this offers possibility efficiently study influence coating thickness foams.
