摘要: It has been shown that continuous-time orthonormal Wilson bases with good time-frequency localization can be constructed. We introduce and discuss discrete-time function sets frames, we show frames (potentially oversampled) derived from Weyl-Heisenberg frames. also expansions correspond to a new class of cosine-modulated filter banks.
