摘要: This study tests the release of SARS-CoV-2 RNA into air during normal breathing, without any sign possible risk contagion such as coughing, sneezing or talking. Five patients underwent oropharyngeal, nasopharyngeal and salivary swabs for real-time reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR) detection RNA. Direct breathing was also investigated by RT-PCR in samples collected using a microbiological sampler. Viral detected at 1 cm from mouth whose tested positive In contrast, viral not identified exhaled with that negative. Contagion is being very close to someone who infected, asymptomatic simply breathing.
