摘要: Summary The mechanism of the antitumoral action interferon was investigated in athymic Nude mice grafted with Hela tumour cells. Treatment such either mouse interferon, human a mixture and or an inducer poly(A)poly(U), resulted inhibition growth. most significant observed treated interferons poly(A)poly(U). is probably mediated by two mechanisms, one which acts directly on cells another indirectly activation several systems host. In present study, level 2–5A synthetase natural killer (NK) activity splenic were used as markers to assess direct indirect actions respectively. We provide evidence suggest that both mechanisms are active interferon. o 1) Enhanced levels pppA(2′p5′A) n (2–5A synthetase) after treatment poly(A)poly(U) provides biochemical interacts organism (direct interferon). 2) NK cell result injection production homologous confirm host's defense (indirect
