摘要: Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) is a benign condition of the liver that often discovered incidentally on radiological investigation. FNH has no malignant potential, rarely symptomatic and surgical intervention almost never required. However, eight patients with diagnosis associated upper abdominal pain or rapid growth were referred for surgery. All had been extensively investigated other causes observed between 1 7 years prior to referral. The lesions cm 8 in diameter. One lesion 7.5 diameter lay segment VII/VIII was related right middle hepatic veins. resected immediate lasting control their symptoms.
