摘要: The uterine artery and its branches are the most important vessels that supply uterus with blood, nutrients active substances. Epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor (EGFR) expressed in many tissues, including reproductive organs, is involved angiogenesis, embryo implantation development as well proliferation differentiation of various cells. aim our study was to determine EGF EGFR immunoexpression during estrous cycle pig. experiment performed on cryostat sections stained immunohistochemically by ABC method. Light microscopic observations revealed phase-related immunoreactivity endothelial cells branches. highest intensity immunoreaction observed follicular phase. A significant decrease found middle luteal Similar results immunostaining were regard EGFR. In endothelium arterial branches, a increase EGFR-immunoreactivity late expression suggest modulatory effect region supplying these vessels.
