摘要: Background—Successful ablation of ectopic beats originating from the pulmonary veins (PV) could eliminate paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF). However, information about structure PV in patients with PAF that is initiated by has not been reported. Methods and Results—We studied morphology PVs measured their diameters 3 groups patients. Group I included 52 (aged 66±14 years; 44 men) focal (AF) PVs. II 8 50±10 AF superior vena cava or cristal terminalis. III 23 control 55±16 17 men). Of patients, 11 had AV node 12 reentrant tachycardia.
