摘要: African swine fever (ASF) virus was grown either in macrophages or VERO cells and purified free of cell DNA. Virus DNA isolated from virions as a molecule with sedimentation coefficient 60S contour 58 +/- 3 mum. .these two values give mol. wt. 102 5 X 10(6) 107 10(6), respectively, for the genome ASF virus. Denatured fragments reassociate C0t1/2 value 0-60 0-05 MS, which compared corresponding T4 gives molecular mass 8 daltons. Only is synthesized virus-infected macrophages.
