摘要: A strain of soybean cells capable growing on a tissue culture medium lacking cytokinin produced at least 3 compounds active in the assay. The characteristics these were consistent with their being zeatin free form, ribonucleoside and ribonucleotide. Although conversion from dependent to independent condition this parallels change normal crown gall tumor state terms capacity synthesize cell division substances, factors are distinct nicotinamide derivatives reported for Vinca.
