摘要: The standard double sintering ceramic method was used to prepare the 0.45NiFe2O4 +0.55BaTiO3 composites. Complex impedance analysis enables us separate contributions from grain and boundary in samples. Impedance spectroscopy measurements were conducted a frequency range 20 Hz 2 MHz temperature 75 200°C. have also shown evidence of conduction lowering barrier motion charge carriers with rise temperature.
