摘要: Measures of arterial stiffness are indicators for cardiovascular health and predictors events. Arterial is responsive to acute physiologic stressors such as exercise. However, the effects intensive exercise recovery on controversial. Thirty-seven healthy middle- long-distance runners (33 men, mean age 26.5±6.6 years) underwent evaluation their at rest, after a 15-minute warm-up, immediately vigorous running 3 km pace 10-km personal best, finally 30 minutes terminating workout. Peripheral central systolic blood pressure, well augmentation index pulse wave velocity (PWV), increased during in comparison baseline (P<.001, general linear model). Thirty minutes workout, drop peripheral pressure (P<.001), PWV (P=.001) below was observed. Therefore, authors found that either moderate or intensity causes temporary increase runners.
