摘要: Natural cells have been explored as drug carriers for a long period. They received growing interest promising delivery system (DDS) until recently along with the development of biology and medical science. The synthetic materials, either organic or inorganic, are found to be more less immunogenicity and/or toxicity. extracellular vesicles (EVs), endogenous thought much safer friendlier. Furthermore, in view their host attributes, they may achieve different biological effects targeting specificity, which can meet needs personalized medicine next generation DDS. In this review, we summarized recent progress cell membrane-based DDS fabrication processes, unique properties applications, including whole cells, EVs membrane coated nanoparticles. We expect continuing will promote clinic applications.
