摘要: A microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR) field test has been performed for 10 consecutive years at Block Luo801, whose temperature is 75–80°C in Shengli Oil Field China. After the implementation of MEOR, produced fluid samples from wells were analyzed and found an increase density bacteria archaea waterphase stabilizing 103–4 cell/ml, which suggesting nutrient injected activated indigenous reservoir. These activities to prevent water cut rising up block so as output. Up December 2010, cumulative increased production 9.75 × 104 t with total output surpassing that flooding (WFOR) by 3.35%. Considering cost nutrient, per tonne costs about RMB339.56.
