摘要: The purpose of this paper is to draw on social capital theory develop a model explain the determinants supply chain management scholar’s academic research impact.,Drawing from database 450 scholars in different countries collected ResearchGate and World Bank, bootstrapping method was applied moderated mediation analysis.,Analysis mediating role suggests that has strong explanatory power relationship between skill impact. To account for boundary effect at country-level, authors further examine if mechanism differs by country context.,The findings study are single area, which limits generalizability study. Although data sources, including it cross-sectional nature. variables do not have causal relationships.,The results suggest can reap benefits their capital.
