Clinical evaluation of granisetron hydrochloride for nausea and vomiting induced by oral anticancer drugs

摘要: We investigated the antiemetic effect, safety and usefulness of granisetron hydrochloride tablets on nausea vomiting induced by oral anticancer drugs used in chemotherapy for gastric cancer colorectal cancer. In present trial, administration was performed during 5 days after or vomiting. 1) Clinically, effective rate (the percentage cases which drug assessed as "Remarkably effective" "Effective") more than 75% each day administration. There were no adverse events abnormal laboratory tests. 2) terms usefulness, rated "Extremely useful" "Useful" 17 out 23 (78.2%). The above results have shown that tablets, administrated orally once daily at a dose 2 mg, an excellent this is safe useful drug.
