摘要: This paper presents the design of a compact ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass planar filter with tunable notched band within bandwidth. The can be used for wireless communications unlicensed UWB range (3.1–10.6 GHz). is based on external interdigitated quarter-wavelength microstrip resonators and central half-wave resonator embedding reconfigurable open-circuited stub. stub introduces narrow rejection inside frequency tuning obtained by sequentially activating three RF MEMS ohmic switches placed in series along embedded HFSS® simulations 5th order show very low return (>13dB) insertion losses (<0.3dB) all states good selectivity performance bands (up to −18dB rejection). device has been fabricating at FBK quartz substrate; experimental results will available soon.
