摘要: Due to globalization, advanced information and communication technology has fuelled competition, building sustaining of competition advantages are major concerns companies. Developing dynamic core competency become a new strategy an important way help companies remain flexible able respond quickly unpredicted changes in the environment. The development competences requires accumulation skill over time. In turn, can exploit these invisible assets develop products markets out-compete competitors. Internet could provide value-added service allow communicate with each other. As such, Internet-based virtual factory had been implemented facilitate connections among partners. Taiwan based company Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE), one world’s largest integrated circuit assembly testing manufacturers, constructed its IC strengthen bonds upstream customers. Customers directly access ASE’s system thereby receive immediate status reports their orders or other types feedback. this paper, framework is introduced, competitive resulted from investigated.
