摘要: The purpose of the current study was to determine optimal treatment duration high-voltage pulsed galvanic (HVPC) in treating chronic pressure ulcers. Sixty volunteers suffering from ulcers participated for a period five weeks. They were divided randomly and equally into four groups (three one control group). Patients group (G1, G2, G3) received HVPC respectively 45, 60, 120 min seven days week, while patients sham (45 min, week). wound surface area (WSA) used measure outcomes before starting after three weeks' treatment. It found that there significant reduction WSA G2 (60 min) G3 (120 compared G1 (sham HVPC). There no difference between G3. Application 60 therefore proved be enhancing dermal ulcer healing.
