摘要: The synthesis of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene films and the production high strength/high modulus tapes filaments drawn directly from virgin polymer are described. study particularly focuses on effect polymerization temperature deformation behaviour UHMW films. These results discussed within framework entanglement concepts for weakly bonded macromolecules. developrnent room Young's tensile strength with draw ratio is presented compared tenacity/draw relations observed melt solution crystallized polyethylene.
