摘要: Abstract Weather and ocean states such as winds, waves, currents can significantly affect ship navigation. To fully understand the current׳s effect on navigational fuel time costs, especially in case of strong western boundary Kuroshio Current, an in-depth examination how Current quantitatively affects ships is needed. This article presents simulations, based Princeton Ocean Model (POM), North Pacific focuses surface current East China Sea (ECS). Then, several numerical simulations navigation are conducted by utilizing a ship-maneuvering model known Mathematical Maneuvering Group (MMG). The results show that POM generate high-quality distribution be applied to conduct
