摘要: Boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrodes were used to examine l-cysteine (CySH) oxidation in alkaline media. The results of the voltammetric and polarization measurements showed that at BDD overall CySH reaction is controlled by initial electrochemical step, i.e., CyS- electroactive species. same conclusion was supported a study pH effects. Conversely, glassy carbon (GC) electrodes, desorption products. These account for poor response determination GC compared BDD. It found exhibits excellent behavior determination, clearly outperforming GC. demonstrate measurement peak current can be as basis simple method determining micromolar concentration range use electrodes.
