摘要: A method for resolution of conglomerates, based on morphological differences between the enantiomorphic crystals induced by tailor-made resolved impurities is described. The relationship crystal structure affected enantiomorph and stereochemistry added impurity analysed in systems glutamic acid. HCl, asparagine. H2O threonine presence L- or D-amino acids, it found that additive binds stereoselectively at surface enantiomer same absolute configuration, occupying site amino acid groups host molecule. modified side chains perturb a second stage regular growth directions along which are hydrogen bonded.
