摘要: The tenant mix layout of shopping malls affects shopper consumption behaviour and the performance malls. main function is to increase store sales by increasing footfall. However, although existing studies have shown importance spatial clustering effect physical information about tenants, authors those did not properly consider both tenants at meantime. Through this study, we aimed maximize spillover stores in centre while considering tenants. Therefore, present a problem called problem, which determine optimal configuration scheme for space segmentation rental income centre. To solve nonlinear integer optimization model with defined characteristics was proposed solved using genetic algorithm. A case study also presented verify model.
