(sub)eV Sterile Neutrinos: experimental aspects

摘要: Abstract The majority of neutrino oscillation results are explained by the three-neutrino formalism. But a bunch anomalies in short baseline data can be interpreted invoking fourth neutrino. This new state would separated from three standard neutrinos squared mass difference Δ m n e w 2 ∼ 0.1 − 1  eV and have mixing angles sin ⁡ θ ≳ 0.01 μ 0.001 , electron disapperance appearance channels, respectively. – sterile not feel model interactions but mix with others, L/E ratio about m/MeV. Such scenario calling for physics beyond needs to tested data.
