摘要: The invention discloses a regeneration method of reversed-phase packing column HPLC (high performance liquid chromatograph). comprises steps as follows: (1), the is inverted and back washed with HPLC-grade water 40-44 times large in volume, flow velocity controlled at 4-6 L/min, 200 mu L dimethyl sulfoxide equally divided into four parts, parts are separately added during washing; (2), methyl alcohol 32-38 5-8 L/min; (3), chloroform 28-30 6-9 (4), 20-28 7-10 L/min. According to method, regenerated that velocities water, alcohol, increased gradually volume relative reduced gradually, effect good, moisture content low.
