Shoulder manipulation in patients with adhesive capsulitis and diabetes mellitus: A clinical note.

摘要: Five patients with diabetes mellitus and six affected shoulders underwent 10 manipulations under general anesthesia. During the postmanipulotion course gains in motion made at time of manipulation relief pain achieved began to diminish 2 weeks, gradually returning premanipulation levels 4 weeks. The level limitation continued during entire period follow-up, averaging 8 months. In these had no effect on adhesive copsulitis.
